This is a smooth full bodied dark 72% minimum cocoa content chocolate with no added sugar. These generously sized chocolate chips have a high-cocoa content and a rich balanced flavour. deal for many applications.
It is a no added sugar chocolate that is certified by Sugarwise.  It is often called sugar free chocolate but there are naturally occurring sugars in the cocoa.  The total sugar content is 1g per 100g. Great for making products that are suitable for specific dietary requirements such as keto. Also enjoyed by many diabetic customers as part of a balanced diet.
This dairy free chocolate comes to you directly from the vegan manufacturer with no risk of dairy milk contamination.
